Antonietta Tonite Gonzalez-Collins is an Mexican-American sportscaster. The present sportscaster is for ESPN in the role of anchor of SportsCenter news, as well as host of SportsNation. In June of 2006, she spent an entire week with her sister in Canton Ohio. The older Collins girl worked there. Antonietta was a senior in high school with a plan of what she wanted her career to be, decided to visit Mount Union University to see whether the university was suitable for her. It was discovered that she was a fan of the campus, and the university offered the program she desired. When she completed her high school studies, she was accepted into the university to study media studies. Her professor Mark Bergmann, who managed WRMU FM, and was participant in her class built a relationship that lasted for a lifetime with her. He encouraged her to be confident, and his love of journalism deeply affected her, and she, in turn, was determined to fulfill his standards and never disappoint him.
